How do I cut after bulking up?
Hey everyone I started bulking up for about 4 months now and been doing Body Building for about 6 months I got some great size in (Naturally of course) and also gained some fat so now I just wanna get cut any good techniques for cutting fat off and maintaining or if possible build the muscle ??
I do strength training btw 4 days a week 1 hour is my longest workouts
the plan is u do more cardio…. but not in excess.. but do 3 times a week 30-40 mins
reduce your carbs.. `
keep the protein high….
eat more proteins…
take glutamine.. always take whey protein before and after the cardio so your muscles are saturated with them
and also take more vitamin C
keep the weightraining workouts heavy to keep muscles dense…
