I am beginning to body build but I was wondering how much protein I should Consume?
I Weigh 125 lb. and I want to start Body Building, my body fat % is below 10%. I am thinking this will be a good time to body build but I want to know how much protein I should Consume. I also want to start taking Protein Shakes as well. I know at my weight I need to consume at least 49 grams of Protein. I was wondering how much protein should I consume a day?
If your are starting to bodybuild you need atleast 1-1.6 gms per bodyweight.like for 125 lbs you need 125-200 gms of protein.Eat good foods like chicken,whole grain bread,lean beef,fish etc.
The best protein supplement me and my buddy so far is syntha 6.I am a beginner with 1 year of experience in bodybuilding but my buddy has 10 years of experience.He has been using syntha 6 for like 4-6 years.
Use some creatine too alone with protein.But i dont recomment it to you.You only weigh 125 lbs.You could use normal creatine monohydrate.I dont recomment nitric oxide or cell mass.
